Oscar Chavez is a unique singer, songwriter, actor and a star of traditional Mexican music. A legendary performer of popular songs known for his personal interpretations, Mr. Chavez combines and restructures old and new voices with his own, achieving a solid baritone tone and wild tessitura.
With an impressive discography that spans four decades, Mr. Chavez has achieved international fame performing his expansive repertoire, including such songs as "Por Tí" and "Macondo", as well as numerous Mexican folk songs, to audiences around the globe.
